Bonnie’s Bio:

Bonnie Kelly is the founder and owner of Coastal Doulas, LLC, bringing more than a decade of experience in birth and postpartum support to families throughout Palm Beach County. After the births of her own children deepened a lifelong passion for pregnancy, babies, and motherhood, Bonnie pursued birth work professionally and founded Coastal Doulas in 2012.

Throughout her career, Bonnie has personally supported more than 350 births, giving her extensive firsthand experience across a wide range of birth settings, circumstances, and outcomes. She holds dual doula certifications and has completed additional training with VBAC Facts and Spinning Babies. She is also a trained Placenta Specialist and an experienced childbirth educator who has spent years helping families feel informed, prepared, and confident as they approach birth and parenthood.

Today, Bonnie’s greatest passion is leading Coastal Doulas and ensuring that every family who chooses the agency receives the exceptional, compassionate, and professional support on which Coastal Doulas was built. She is deeply involved in selecting, mentoring, and supporting the doulas on her team and is committed to maintaining a high standard of care rooted in knowledge, integrity, reliability, and respect for each family’s individual needs and choices.

As both an experienced birth professional and agency owner, Bonnie believes families deserve more than simply having support. They deserve a knowledgeable and dependable team they can trust throughout pregnancy, birth, and the transition into life with a new baby.

A Florida native, Bonnie lives in Palm Beach County with her husband, Kevin, and their two teens. Outside of Coastal Doulas, she enjoys traveling with family and friends, beach days, discovering great local restaurants, and, of course, a good cup of coffee.
